The ferry between Essex and Charlotte will resume weekday service on Tuesday. The company has said it will not provide weekend service for the remainder of the winter. Both the southern route and the northern route, between Plattsburgh, NY and Grand Isle, VT, were disrupted throughout the winter due to conditions on Lake Champlain.
